Since 1971, we have specialized in confidential, highly focused executive searches for key senior management and professional positions. Our success and longevity as a company have been the direct result of our proprietary selection process, and our deep understanding of each client’s corporate culture, in addition to our extensive recruitment network and personal contacts.

The firm’s approach is to consider a candidate’s resume and track record as minimal entry requirements for a position; the true markers for achieving a successful placement lie with recognizing a candidate’s personal traits, and in evaluating how compatible he or she will be with the new corporate culture.

Each assignment receives the personal attention of an Arthur Diamond senior executive. At present, each of our key people has an average of 20 years in the executive search field.

Now celebrating over 40 years of excellence in executive recruitment, Bart formed Arthur Diamond in 1971 after graduating from The Ohio State University. Since that time, he has developed the firm into a full-service executive recruitment and consulting firm.

The firm’s success can be measured by the multitude of long-term client relationships that Bart has formed over the years.

As an executive search consultant, he has extensive experience working with organizations to develop new divisions and recruit senior management. Bart brings a strong sense of human understanding to the executive selection process, in addition to recognizing career credentials and “resume relevance.” He prides himself on introducing his clients to highly qualified, thoroughly vetted applicants who represent diverse backgrounds and a broad range of experience. Client satisfaction is his highest priority.
